Sabaudia is certainly one of them: the sea, the golden sand, the dunes, Lake Paola and the outline of the Circeo promontory create an unmistakable setting, suspended between nature and beauty.\n\n\nIt was here that Fabio and Alessia chose to celebrate their wedding: a bright day, wrapped in a summer atmosphere and shaped by the colors and rhythms of the sea.\n\nThe story of Fabio and Alessia's wedding began in two villas overlooking the sea in Sabaudia, where the couple spent their preparation separately.\n\nLight streamed in through the windows, brightening the rooms and creating the spontaneous, delicate atmosphere that marks late-summer wedding mornings. Outside, the coastal landscape already hinted at the common thread of the whole day: the blue of the sea, the pale colors of the sand and the nature of the Pontine coast.\n\nFor the ceremony, Fabio and Alessia chose one of the most evocative places in Sabaudia: the Sanctuary of Santa Maria della Sorresca, also known simply as the Sorresca church.\n\nThe small sanctuary stands on the shores of Lake Paola, immersed in a secluded and silent natural setting. Its origins are very ancient, predating the 10th century. Over its long history, the church has been tied to the Benedictine monks of Subiaco, to the Basilian monks of the Abbey of Grottaferrata and, from the 13th century, to the Knights Templar.\n\nInside is preserved a precious wooden statue of the Virgin with Child dating back to the 13th century. The bell tower also tells of the sanctuary's past: it was originally used as a watchtower and defensive tower.\n\nThe simplicity of the church, its history and its position on the lakeshore make Santa Maria della Sorresca a particularly moving place to celebrate a wedding in Sabaudia. Here, far from the noise and surrounded by nature, Fabio and Alessia exchanged their vows.\n\nAfter the ceremony, the celebrations continued in a splendid villa by the sea, overlooking the beach of Sabaudia.\n\nEvery moment of the wedding was coordinated with care, elegance and impeccable precision by Giulia Zambon of Moments Lab, the wedding planner who oversaw the organization of the day and accompanied the couple through every stage.\n\nThe reception brought Fabio, Alessia and their guests back into the summer atmosphere that had defined the whole day. The sea breeze, the sand and the light slowly changing through the sunset hours made the landscape an integral part of the celebration.\n\nThe beach of Sabaudia stretches along a coastline of fine sand and an important system of coastal dunes. Behind it lie Mediterranean vegetation and Lake Paola, while the Circeo promontory stands out on the horizon. It is a unique balance of sea, land and lagoon, able to offer ever-changing scenery throughout the day.\n\nAs the sun began to set, the light grew warmer and softer. It was the ideal moment to step away from the reception for a few minutes and take some photographs of the couple by the sea, in the quiet of the beach and the colors of the sunset.\n\nPlanning a seaside wedding in Sabaudia means choosing an experience made of light, nature and freedom. The landscape does not stay in the background: it enters the story, accompanies the preparations, surrounds the ceremony and becomes a protagonist during the reception.\n\nIn Fabio and Alessia's wedding, the lake and the sea represented two souls of the same day. On one side, the intimate, secluded atmosphere of the Sorresca church on the shores of Lake Paola; on the other, the energy of the beach, the summer light and the open spaces of the villa by the
